In this episode, we touch on the variety of topics we covered in our ten-episode season. From chronic pain to community well-being, our first season made a small but valuable dent in some of the most essential personal and workplace health topics of today.

One of the biggest takeaways from this past season is the need for a holistic approach to healthcare and workplace well-being. To achieve the best possible health, it is vital for patients and physicians to not separate physical, mental and emotional health.

We also take a moment to think more critically about the trending topics in the health and wellness field and how we can cover them Health Is On The Way. Next season, we want to dig deeper into issues such as mental health and a greater understanding of preventive care.
